Then you can view them on the site or you can copy/paste the flash code and stream it on your own site... It works very similar to YouTube; but strictly for the Adobe product line community...I think any site which helps with learning CF is a great benefit. Recently I've been digging into Flex (something I'll be blogging about soon) and it seems to have a wealth of information available and it makes a difference when taking on a new language.
Pablo Varando (of EasyCFM.com and numerous other CF related sites) has launched ColdFusion.TV.
