RDS and CFC/AS wizard plugin for Eclipse

There is now RDS support for Eclipse. You'll notice it is not just for Flex, so this means that you can access it from anywhere in Eclipse i.e. CFEclipse. RDS allows you to
  • View files on you RDS server, along with create, delete new files and folders
  • Dataview, drill down through you database and tables to view schemers, drag and drop table names into you code
  • It also comes with a Visual Query Builder

Also included are the CFC/ActionScript wizards. These allow you to quickly create, via the RDS, CRUD and bean(getter/setters) CFC's based on you actual tables!. There is also a CFC to AS class and vice versa to help pass data back and fourth via Flex. The one thing that it doesnt do is look up for foreign, it takes the table as-is.

I’m here, learning and working away. If you liked this content and want to keep me going, consider buying me a coffee. Your support keeps this site running and the coffee brewing! ☕️
