Apple equals good customer care

After the The Unthinkable Happened there is some good news. As I mentioned my Mighty Mouse went as well, which I mentioned on the phone and got a case ID. The support guy said we'll send one out within 3-5 days. Standard I though which was ok for me. Well 24 hours later and my brand new mouse has just been delivered by UPS. All I have to do is post back the faulty one in 10 days. Its that kind of support which you just gotta let people know about.
