CFeclipse new nightly build

CFEclipse 1.1.18.11 Nightly Build is now available from Spikes site. Updates include

• Insert snippet shortcut has been changed from "ctrl+shift+i" to "ctrl+shift+.".
• Imported tags with a namespace now have their own color
• Files opened from the File Explorer view are now associated with their projects
