How to make money of Google (or get sued)

It seems to be that there is some big ol' squatting going on with the Google name and domain. I came across this list of about 400 speculated Google related domains via the Un-official Google Blog. Does this seem to be a total waste of time and money to anyone? Surely Google have a good claim to the name and any court would rule in there favour. I mean unlike the Booble.com case you are trading directly off there name.

Unless your name actually is Joe Google Blogs in which case you stand a good chance to claim GoogleBlogs.com Oooooo i've just had a couple of name suggestions for my future kids when i have them
